This RESERVE batch features a micro lot of very hard to find Pacamara coffee grown and harvested in the Panamanian Highlands. This Pacamara varietal has been "honey" processed. Meaning after harvesting, the cherries are de-pulped, and the beans are left to dry with their sugary mucilage coating. Giving them a sweet, vibrant flavor.

 

Tasting notes include raspberry, lemon and cinnamon.
