Ethiopian Heirloom (RESERVE)

This RESERVE release features a very limited batch of Ethiopian Heirloom. Coming from the renowned Sidamo region of Ethiopia, this coffee delivers a very fruit forward flavor profile with tasting notes including vanilla, apple, pear and strawberry. 
 
Like all of our RESERVE coffee, the quantity is limited and it is unknown to us wether or not we can secure more from this micro lot. 
 
Origin - Sidamo, Ethiopia.
Varietal - Heirloom (74-110/74-112) 
Process - Natural. 
Elevation -  ~2100 Meters. 
Tasting Notes - Vanilla, apple,  pear, strawberry.
