El Salvador (Honey Processed)

This mirco lot of RESERVE coffee comes from the mountains of western El Salvador just outside Apaneca.  After harvest the coffee has been "honey" proccessed, highlighting the orange, lemon and nougat tasting notes. 



Produced on a family farm by Jose Antonio Salaverria and his sons on Cerro Las Ranas (hill of frogs) with a passion for coffee growing and meticulous attention to detail. We roasted this coffee to a medium level to bring out the origin tasting notes.
